PARMESAN POTATOES 
6 to 8 peeled & quartered potatoes
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. Parmesan or Romano cheese
Pepper

As you peel potatoes put them in dish of water. Put cheese, flour, salt and pepper in a bag and mix. Shake potatoes in bag of flour mixture to coat and put in flat baking dish. Melt butter and pour over potatoes. It will be necessary to keep recycling batter until all potatoes are coated. Bake at 375 degrees about 1 hour until brown. Increase mixture and butter. Very good with ham or steak.
