1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
6-8 potatoes

Melt butter in 9"x13" cake pan. Mix together flour, cheese, salt and pepper. Peel potatoes and cut into quarters lengthwise. Coat with flour mixture. Coat with butter in cake pan, turn in pan to coat before baking. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1/2 hour. Then turn, bake 1/2 hour or until done.
