YELLOW SQUASH PICKLED 
8 c. sliced squash
2 c. onion, chopped
2 bell peppers, chopped
2 c. vinegar
2 tsp. mustard seed
2 tsp. celery seed
3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt

Put onion, peppers, salt, sugar and vinegar in a pot. Bring to a hard boil, then add squash, mustard seed and celery seed. Bring to a hard boil again. Put in jars and seal.
