YELLOW SQUASH PICKLES 
10 c. yellow squash, sliced
2 c. onions, sliced

Sprinkle with salt, let stand 1 hour, then drain. 4 peppers, chopped 1 tsp. mustard seed 3 c. sugar 1 tsp. celery seed

Bring to a boil, add squash to liquid mix. Can in pint jars.
