SQUASH PICKLES 
8 c. sliced squash, zucchini and yellow
2 c. white vinegar
2 bell peppers, sliced
2 c. sliced onion
3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard seed

Mix sugar, salt, vinegar, onion and pepper. Bring to boil. Add squash and rest of ingredients and boil 3 to 5 minutes. Put into sterilized jars and seal.
