These cookies are AMAZING and sooooo simple to make!!! Timeless recipe, my mom made these with me when I was little and I now make them with my three daughters! They are awesome with chocolate chis in them, and you can tweak the sugar to how sweet you want them to be as well as using any kind of peanut butter.

I've made these twice now, and they are so great and ridiculously easy. They are just the right amount of sweetness, but I agree with posters, that it's personal preference. If you don't have a sweet tooth or don't care alot for sweets cut the sugar, and for the people eating them raw?? Hello there's RAW EGG in them.....don't do it..lol. seriously, wait 15 mins..more like 12 actually. :o)

I made this recipe adding apples & cinnamon oatmeal. It was solo good. It also cut down on the sweetness in my opinion.
