CHALUPA 
3 lb. pork loin roast
1 pkg. pinto beans
1 lg. can Ortega chilies
3 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. cumin
1 tsp. oregano
2 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic

Put all ingredients in a large pan and cook for 6 hours on top of the stove. When the meat gets tender take out and remove the bone. Break it up and continue cooking. This will make a rather hot bean sauce which you serve over Fritos and top with shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, grated cheese, onions and sliced avocados. Serves 12 or more.
