NO WORK CHICKEN | |
4 chicken breasts 1/2 c. honey 1/2 c. Dijon style wet mustard 1 tbsp. curry powder 2 tbsp. soy sauce Place chicken skin side down in flat baking dish in 1 layer. Make marinade by mixing together the honey, mustard, curry powder and soy sauce. Pour over chicken and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight. When ready, turn chicken, cover dish with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. (Lessen cooking time if using skinless or boneless chicken.) Remove foil, baste well, continue baking uncovered 15 more minutes. Spoon sauce over chicken when serving. |
