NO - WORK CHICKEN | |
4 lg. chicken breasts 1/2 c. honey 1/2 c. Dijon-style mustard 1 tbsp. curry powder 1 tbsp. soy sauce Place chicken, skin side down in a flat baking dish in one layer. In a small bowl, mix together remaining ingredients. Coat chicken, cover with foil and refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours. When ready to cook, turn chicken to skin side is up, recover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done. Baste with sauce and cook uncovered during the last 15 minutes. When serving, spoon sauce over chicken. 4 servings. |
