NO WORK CHICKEN | |
4 chicken breasts 1/2 c. honey 1/2 c. Dijon mustard 1 tbsp. curry powder 2 tbsp. soy sauce Place chicken skin side down in 8 inch square baking dish. Pour on mixture of honey, mustard, curry powder, and soy sauce. Cover and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight. Turn chicken and cover dish with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Uncover and bake for 15 more minutes after spooning the sauce over the chicken. |
