CANDY LOG 
12 oz. bag chocolate chips
1 tsp. butter
1 tsp. almond extract
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. powdered sugar
1 bag colored mini marshmallows

Melt chips and butter with almond extract. Add eggs and powdered sugar. Stir well. Remove from heat. Add marshmallows and shape into log. Roll in nuts or coconut. Cut into slices.
