CABBAGE GOULASH | |
1/2 lb. pork sausage 1/2 lb. lean hamburger 1 lg. onion (chopped) 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes with juice 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste 1 tbsp. vinegar 1 tbsp. chili powder 5 c. shredded cabbage Cook meat and onions. Pour off fat. Add other ingredients and mix thoroughly. Then add cabbage. Mix thoroughly. Cook 15-20 minutes or until cabbage is tender. Makes 4 servings. Serve with hard rolls - side dish pinto beans. |
