TURKEY GOULASH (OR CHILI) 
1 lb. ground turkey
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 pkg. Weight Watchers beef broth seasoning
3/4 c. rice, uncooked
1 lg. can stewed tomatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic
Chili powder to taste

In large non stick skillet combine all ingredients. Mix well. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally. Cook until rice is done and tomatoes thickened. Make 4 servings.

A variation on this is to substitute chili beans or kidney beans for the rice. Makes a great chili. Also low calorie.
