CHEESY CHILI CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 (8 oz.) Cheese Whiz
4 c. tortilla chips
1/2 c. chopped tomato

Brown meat, drain. Add peppers, cook until tender. Stir in corn, sauce, chili powder. Add 1/2 cup cheese and stir until melted. Spread 1 cup meat mixture on the bottom of a 1 1/2 quart dish. Top with chips. Repeat layering twice. Bake at 350 degrees 20 minutes. Top with remaining chips, tomato and cheese and continue baking 5 minutes.

May be microwaved 9 to 10 minutes. Add the topping and microwave for 1 minute.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
