CHEESY CORNEY CASSEROLE 
2 cans corn
1/3 stick butter
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 egg
4 to 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Mustard to taste

Saute onion in butter until tender. Add corn and heat through stirring often. In separate bowl combine egg, cheese and mustard (I use about 2 teaspoons but I like mustard). Combine mixtures in a casserole dish. Set the casserole dish in a pan of water and bake the whole thing at 350 degrees until bubbly (25 to 45 minutes).
