CHEESY CHILI CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
12 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 tbsp. chili powder
8 oz. Cheez Whiz
4 c. tortilla chips
1/2 c. chopped tomato

MICROWAVE: Crumble meat into bowl. Stir in peppers. Microwave on high 5-6 minutes or until meat loses pink color when stirred. Drain. Stir in can tomato sauce, chili powder and 1/2 cup Cheez Whiz. Layer meat mixture. Microwave 9-10 minutes or until thoroughly heated, turning after 4 minutes. Top with remaining chips, tomatoes and Cheez Whiz. Microwave one minute or until cheese melts. Serves 6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
