CHEESY CHILI CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 12 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained 8 oz. can tomato sauce 1 tbsp. chili powder 8 oz. Cheez Whiz 4 c. tortilla chips 1/2 c. chopped tomato MICROWAVE: Crumble meat into bowl. Stir in peppers. Microwave on high 5-6 minutes or until meat loses pink color when stirred. Drain. Stir in can tomato sauce, chili powder and 1/2 cup Cheez Whiz. Layer meat mixture. Microwave 9-10 minutes or until thoroughly heated, turning after 4 minutes. Top with remaining chips, tomatoes and Cheez Whiz. Microwave one minute or until cheese melts. Serves 6. |
