SALAD:

1 head iceberg lettuce
1 head bib lettuce
1 head red leaf lettuce
1 ripe avocado, chopped
6 slices hard-boiled eggs
1 lb. fried bacon, crumbled
1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms

DRESSING:

1 c. salad oil
1/3 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 carton creamy Cottage cheese
2 tbsp. grated onion

Toss salad ingredients together. Mix dressing ingredients in jar and shake. Pour over salad right before serving!
