2 lg. boxes lime Jello
2 lg. containers whipped Philadelphia cream cheese
1 jar maraschino cherries, drained
2 boxes lemon Jello
12-24 mint leaves

Pour contents of lemon and lime Jello into a very large bowl. Add 4 cups hot water, stir until dissolved. Then add 4 cups cold water. Chill until soft set. Remove from refrigerator and whip in with mixer cream cheese until smooth. Chill until firm. Add cherries with mint leaves one of each side of the cherries. Chill for 1/2 hour more, then serve in dessert dishes.
