4 c. chopped apples
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. light veg. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp salt

Mix ingredient together pour in greased and floured baking pan 11 x 14 inch. Bake at 350 degrees, for 45 to 60 minutes.

GLAZE;
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
The zest of one lemon (grate the outer skin off the lemon)

Mix together and spread over cake.
