ITALIAN DELIGHT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 lb. ground sausage
2 cans Italian style stewed tomatoes (16 oz.)
1 can tomato sauce (16 oz.)
2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. sugar
3 cloves garlic
1 pkg. wide egg noodles (16 oz.)
1 (16 oz.) sour cream w/onion dip
1 pkg. cream cheese (6 oz.)
1 med. onion, chopped
Grated cheese

Melt butter in skillet. Add beef with onions and sausage; brown. Drain off fat. Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt, sugar and garlic. Simmer for 10 minutes. Cook egg noodles and drain.

Cream in sour cream and cream cheese with noodles. In 13 x 9 inch pan layer meat sauce, noodles, grated cheese, repeat layers and top with meat sauce. Bake at 350 degrees until heated through. Let stand for 10 minutes after taking from oven.
