SELF CRUST PUMPKIN PIE 
2 lg. eggs
2 c. or 1 lb. can pumpkin
1 c. powdered dry milk
2/3 c. white or brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. flour
1 c. water

Mix all ingredients except water. Slowly stir in water. Pour into greased 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes or until a knife inserted 1 inch from center comes out clean.
