DATE RITZ CRACKERS 
80 Ritz crackers
1 c. Eagle Brand milk
1 c. chopped dates
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Bake the crackers in oven for 5 minutes at 250 degrees. Combine the milk and dates in a pan and cook until it's thick like pudding, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add walnuts, then put on top of the crackers. Cream together the cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla. Frost the top of the date and walnut mixture with the cream cheese and powdered sugar mixture.
