WHITE FUDGE 
2/3 c. heavy cream
1 2/3 c. sugar
Dash of salt
2 c. miniature marshmallows
3/4 c. cut up candied cherries
3/4 c. chopped nuts or 1 1/3 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla

Measure cream, sugar and salt into heavy saucepan. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil mixture for exactly 5 minutes. Pour hot syrup over marshmallows and stir until melted and blended. Stir in vanilla, cherries and nuts or flaked coconut. Chill until firm and cut in squares.
