YEAR 'ROUND CABBAGE SLAW 
1 medium cabbage, shredded
1 medium onion, chopped
1 sweet green pepper, chopped
1 medium-size can pimento, drained
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt

Mix together cabbage, onion, green pepper, and pimento; set aside. In saucepan, combine honey, oil, vinegar, sugar, and salt. Boil hard for 1 minute; pour over vegetables, mixing well. Pack into a jar with a lid. Refrigerate 3 days. Good until it's gone!
