1 1/3 c. sugar
2 c. vinegar
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. whole spice
2 qts. sliced cucumbers
Onions

Boil ingredients 2 minutes. Add cucumbers and onions. Boil 5 minutes. Place in jars and seal.
