1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 c. cold water
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1 lg. Cool
36 vanilla wafers
3-5 med. bananas

In large bowl mix milk, water, and pudding mix; beat well. Chill 5 minutes. Fold in Cool Whip. Put 1 cup mixture in bottom of 2 1/2 quart glass serving bowl. Top with 1/3 each of the wafers, bananas, and pudding. Repeat layering twice, ending with pudding. Chill well.

TIP: Mixture can be layered in individual serving dishes. Serves 8-10.
