1 lb. 10X sugar 1 c. coconut 5 tbsp. butter, softened 1/3 c. white Karo 1 tsp. vanilla Cinnamon Knead together coconut and butter. Add remaining ingredients, and mix well. Chill. Roll into small balls and roll in cinnamon. Chill 1/2 hour or until firm. Store in refrigerator. A St. Patrick's Day tradition! |
