TURKEY CURRY 
2 c. diced, cooked turkey
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tbsp. lemon curry powder
2 c. milk
1 c. chopped apple
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. toasted, slivered almonds
1/2 c. crisp, crumbled bacon

Melt butter in saucepan. Add onion; cook 5 minutes. Blend in flour and seasonings; add milk. Cook until mixture thickens. Add turkey, celery and apple; cook 5 minutes. Serve over rice. Sprinkle almonds and bacon on top.
