SHRIMP & RICE CASSEROLE | |
2-3 lb. shrimp, cooked 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. rice 2 c. grated cheese Mix first 4 ingredients together and set aside. Saute 1 cup green pepper, 1 cup celery and 1/2 cup green onions in 1 stick of butter. Add to the other ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Top with lemon wedge. |
