DILLED SALMON STEAKS 
4 fresh or frozen thawed salmon steaks
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash freshly ground pepper
1/4 c. sour cream
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
Freshly snipped dill or 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed

Place salmon steaks in lightly greased baking dish. Combine lemon juice and minced onion; sprinkle over salmon. Season with salt and pepper. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees until fish flakes easily, about 15-20 minutes. Remove fish from the oven. Spread with sour cream. Sprinkle with lemon peel and dill. Return to oven and bake 3 minutes longer. Makes 4 servings.
