SAUSAGE AND EGG CASSEROLE | |
6 eggs 2 c. milk 1 lb. sausage (or bacon or ham) 6 slices of bread (cubed) 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1 tsp. dry mustard Salt and pepper to taste Fry sausage (or other meat) and drain. If using ham, chop. Beat eggs and milk together. Add sausage, bread cubes and cheese. Stir in dry mustard and salt and pepper to taste. Pour into 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 375°F for 40 minutes. Can be mixed at night and baked next morning. |
