GOLDEN PUFF DROP DOUGHNUTS 
2 c. sifted flour
1/3 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. Wesson oil
3/4 c. milk
1 egg

Sift into bowl first 5 ingredients. Add oil, milk and egg. Mix thoroughly with a fork. Drop by small teaspoonfuls into 375 degree fat. Cook about 3 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

Roll warm puffs in cinnamon sugar (1 cup sugar to 1 teaspoon cinnamon). Do not fry too many at a time, as it cools the grease. Can fry in melted Crisco or oil.
