TEXAS PINEAPPLE CAKE 
CAKE:

2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts (pecans)

FROSTING:

1 stick butter, melted
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Nuts (pecans)

Beat eggs with sugar. Add crushed pineapple with juice. Add flour and soda. Beat and add vanilla and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees in oven for 30 minutes on greased pan. Frost while warm.

FROSTING: Melt butter. Add cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, and vanilla. Add nuts or pecans on top.
