BAKED "FRIED" CHICKEN 
1 1/2 c. crushed Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 c. butter, melted
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Combine stuffing mix and cheese. Add garlic to butter. Dip chicken in butter, then crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes (depending upon the size of the chicken).
