PORCUPINES 
2 lbs. hamburger
1 c. Minute Rice
1 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs
Salt & pepper to taste
1 c. hot milk
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cans water
3 to 4 tbsp. A-1 Steak Sauce

Combine first 6 ingredients. Form into meatballs. Place in large casserole dish. For gravy, combine the soup, water and sauce. Stir well. Pour over meatballs. Cover and bake for 1 3/4 hours at 350 degrees.
