MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
1 3/4 c. sugar
3 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. cocoa
1 1/2 c. flour with 1 tsp. baking powder and pinch salt
1 c. nuts
1 c. Crisco oil
4 eggs

Mix eggs, oil, sugar, cocoa, vanilla. Add flour, baking powder, salt and nuts last. Bake in 9x13 pan at 350°F for 30-40 minutes. While cake is hot, spread marshmallow cream (1 cup) over top. Cool!

ICING:

3 tbsp. cocoa
1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Put cocoa in mixing bowl and add powdered sugar, vanilla and chopped nuts. Mix until creamy and spread over cake. Keep in refrigerator.
