BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. chopped broccoli, cooked & drained
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup, heat soup a little & stir in milk until creamy
1 c. shredded sharp cheese

Mix together and bake until bubbly, approximately 1/2 hour. Add 1 can Durkee onion rings on top and heat until they are browned.
