CRANBERRY SAUCE LOAF 
1/2 c. Crisco
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 3/4 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 lb. cranberry sauce
1/2 c. raisins (if desired)

Cream Crisco and sugar. Beat in egg well. Stir in pecans and raisins. Combine dry ingredients. Add slowly to creamed mixture. Stir small amounts of cranberry sauce at a time very well. Bake in loaf pan. Grease and flour well 40 to 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Test with toothpick at the center to check if done.

This loaf is good for Holidays.
