BEERROCKS 
2 lbs. hamburger
1 med. onion, chopped
3 c. chopped cabbage
Salt and pepper to taste

DOUGH:

1 pkg. hot roll mix
1 c. flour
3/4 c. water
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

(Or favorite yeast bread recipe may be used.)

Brown meat, add onion; cook until onion is a little brown. Add cabbage and saute about 10 minutes. Cool.

Prepare hot roll mix according to package directions. Add extra flour, sugar, salt, oil and water. Let rise. Knead once. Divide dough into balls about the size of an egg. Roll each piece out on a floured board and place 2 large spoonfuls meat and cabbage filling on each piece of dough. Fold sides together and seal. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake in 350 degree oven until lightly brown. About 20 minutes. Serves 15.
