CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1-2 bay leaves
4 chicken breasts
1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can soup, cream of chicken
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. milk
6 slices American cheese
Italian seasoned bread crumbs
Oblong baking dish

Cook briefly the frozen broccoli. Boil 4 chicken breasts with bay leaf. Cut into bite-size pieces. Mix together chicken soup, mayonnaise and milk. Have ready American cheese slices and bread crumbs.

In oblong baking dish put broccoli in first, then chicken pieces on top. Pour soup mix over evenly then cheese slices on top of that. Sprinkle over all the bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
