CHICKEN CORDON BLEU CASSEROLE 
8 slices Italian bread, cut off crust
8 slices cheddar cheese
3 c. cooked chicken, cut up
8 slices Swiss cheese
8 slices ham
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
1 can sliced mushrooms, if desired
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 c. seasoned croutons, crushed

Grease 9x13 pan. Line with bread. Cover with cheddar cheese, chicken, Swiss cheese and ham. Top with slices mushrooms, if desired.

Beat eggs and milk, salt and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over everything and refrigerate overnight. Take out 1 hour before baking. Cover with croutons. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cut in squares.

SAUCE:

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped pimento

Mix and heat.
