APPLE CRISP 
4 c. diced fresh fruit - apples, peaches or pears
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
4 tbsp. water

TOPPING:

1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. oatmeal
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar

Combine fruit, flour, sugar, salt, cinnamon and water. Spread in a buttered baking pan 9x12.

Cream together butter and flour. Add oatmeal and brown sugar. Sprinkle over fruit. Bake 325 degrees, 30 to 40 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
