ITALIAN MADEIRA CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding (3 oz.)
4 eggs
3/4 c. salad oil
3/4 c. white wine (Chablis, Madeira or Cream Sherry)
1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all and beat 5 minutes. When batter thickens, pour into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with whipped cream or fruit or be creative!
