BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
Shortening
Salt and pepper
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 pt. sour cream
Wide noodles, rice or potatoes

Brown ground beef in small amount of shortening in skillet. Add seasonings, mushroom soup, and sour cream. Simmer a few minutes and serve over hot cooked noodles, rice, or mashed potatoes. 4 servings.
