EASY BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. round steak, cut into 1/2" strips
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 onion, chopped
1 c. beef broth
1 c. sour cream
2 1/2 tbsp. flour
Cooked rice or noodles

In frying pan, quickly brown meat in butter. Move meat to 1 side of pan and add mushrooms and onions. Stir and cook until tender. Add beef broth to meat and vegetables, mixing well. Simmer for 1 hour. Blend sour cream and flour. Add to mixture and cook, stirring until thickened. Serve over rice or noodles.
