CRANBERRY - RED PEPPER RELISH 
1 c. cranberries, washed
5 tbsp. sugar
2 red bell peppers, roasted
3 tbsp. chopped cilantro
1/2 c. orange juice
1 green onion, diced
Peel of 1/2 lime

Peel, seed and chop peppers. Blend cranberries and orange juice in processor or blender with three or four on/off motions. Transfer to mixing bowl, add sugar and let stand one hour. Add other ingredients, season to taste with salt. Refrigerate at least overnight to blend flavors.
