ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can artichoke hearts, cut into pieces
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion (optional)
Party rye or crackers

Mix together all ingredients and place in lightly greased pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve with crackers or party rye.
