MUSHROOM ROLL-UPS 
1 lb. mushrooms, chopped
2 med. onions, chopped
4 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 c. sour cream
20 to 30 slices of white bread
Butter

Saute mushrooms and onions in butter. Add flour, salt, thyme and sour cream and cook 1 minute. Trim crust off bread and roll flat. Place 1 1/2 tablespoons of filling on each slice and roll up. Freeze seam side down on cookie sheet. Once frozen, roll in melted butter and refreeze on foil lined cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until brown.
