4-5 c. diced zucchini
1 1/4 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 1/4 c. Bisquick
1 diced or grated onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano

Mix all together; put into 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Beat 5 eggs with 1/2 cup oil and pour over mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
