CHICKEN NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 lg. chicken
1 pkg. vermicelli
1 pkg. broccoli, chopped

SAUCE:

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can milk
1 c. chicken stock
3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese

Boil chicken, season with salt and pepper. Save broth. Bone chicken. Cook vermicelli in chicken broth. Reserve 1 cup for sauce. Cook broccoli as directed, drain. In saucepan, over low heat, combine ingredients for sauce. Mix chicken, noodles and broccoli in large casserole dish. Blend in sauce. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 10. Delicious with bread sticks. Try topping with French fried onions during last 10 minutes, uncovered.
